As part of the continuous fulfillment of the promises of Governor Ademola Adeleke to develop the state, the special adviser to the Governor on OSBC, has further express their heartfelt gratitude to the Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, for yet another laudable step in procuring multi-million naira generating sets for the two radio stations of the corporation (Orisun FM, Ile-Ife & RRS, Iwo).
In a release by the Public Relations Officer, Gbenga Faminu and signed by the Director General/Permanent Secretary of the Corporation, Rasheed Folaranmi, after a safe delivery of the newly procured generating sets, he thanked the Governor for keeping his promise of providing back-up power supply to ensure smooth transmission once the new transmitters commence operations.
The Permanent Secretary goes further to once again pledge the readiness of the enthusiastic staff of OSBC conglomerate at the Orisun FM, Ile-Ife, Reality Radiovision, Iwo, New Dawn Television, Ibokun and Living Spring Radio and Television, Osogbo to ensure the station reclaims its leadership role in the broadcast business in Nigeria and to ensure effective representations of Osun State to the outside world.
The Permanent Secretary further appreciates the Special Adviser to the Governor on OSBC, Dr. Femi Adefila, Board Chairman, Engr. Mayowa Oloso, Board Members and Management of the corporation for tirelessly ensuring that the dream of Mr. Governor in making OSBC a choice broadcast organization nationally and beyond is continuously realized.
The Board Chairman, Engr. Mayowa Oloso, in his words, thanked Mr. Governor for being a worthy leader who uses meagre resources to achieve unbelievable results. He thanked the Governor for keeping his promise of revitalizing OSBC in an unprecedented manner in order to bring it at par with other celebrated digitalized broadcast stations across the world.
The Permanent Secretary, in addition, admonishes the general public to further make OSBC stations their preferred platforms for authentic information, education, enlightenment, and entertainment.
