All is set for the flag-off for the 5.68km Erin-Osun – Iwo Express road project.
On thursday, Governor Ademola Adeleke will flag off the Erin-Osun -Egbedi-Osogbo-Iwo Express road project, which is part of the multi-billion infra plan projects of the Governor Ademola Adeleke administration launched last year.
According to a statement from the Commissioner for Information in the state, Oluomo Kolapo Alimi, he said the project is one of the Inter-City roads as officially pronounced by the Governor during the launch of Multi- billion infrastructural projects of his administration.
” When completed, apart from enhancing trade and commerce, it will boost the confidence of the motoring and non motoring public especially in the smooth conveyance of farm products from the rural to urban areas.”
” Also, because of its importance and strategic location, the Inter-City road project to be flagged off on Thursday, will go a long way in reducing incessant accidents being usually experienced in the axis”, the Commissioner for Information reiterated.
The flag off holds at Erin-Osun ends of the road around, Erin-Osun Town Hall, Oke Awesin Area, Erin-Osun, by 10 o’clock in the morning.
