The Osun State government has announced the release of results for applicants that participated in the recent held examination exercise for its Teachers recruitment’s mandate of the government.
In a release signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Mr Murtala Jimoh to announce the official release of the results today, the statement said, “This is to notify applicants who sat for the 2024 Osun State Teacher’s Recruitment Examination that the results for the examination have been released.
“The applicants are advised to visit their registration portal immediately and check for the results with the details of their registration.”
“Further instructions as regarding the cut-off mark and interview dates will be communicated in due course,” the statement reiterated.
The state government had conducted a CBT examination on Wednesday 27th and Thursday, the 28th of March, 2024, for applicants willing to be employed into the state teaching service.
The Governor Ademola Adeleke administration in the state had early this year announced its recruitment drive for an additional 5000 teachers and 250 education officers in the education sector of the state.
The aim, which is in accordance with the approval granted by the Osun State Executive Council according to the Commissioner for Information in the state, Oluomo Kolapo Alimi is to fill the existing vacancies in the state’s teaching service in order to strengthen the hitherto moribund education sector.
Applicants are now advised to check the state recruitment portal for their result slip while waiting for the interview date for successful applicants and further directive from the government.
