Governor Ademola Adeleke is set to host the second edition of Ipade Imole, a public accountability forum, on Tuesday, April 30th, at the Oba Adekunle Aromolaran Civic Centre, Ereja square, Ilesa starting from 10:00am.
According to a statement by the Chairman of the Planning Committee, Oluomo Kolapo Alimi, he said the event will witness presentations by Mr. Governor and extensive interactive sessions with members of the public.
“As part of the event, Mr Governor will also unveil the new state logo as well as make prize presentations to those whose entries made 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rating during the logo competition.”
“Representatives of all segments of the society are being directly invited to attend the event, which is being rotated across the three Senatorial districts.”
“For this new edition, Mr Governor has directed allocation of sufficient time for interactions with the public as well as phone in programme for members of the public at home and in the Diaspora,” the Commissioner for Information stated in a release on behalf of the government.
The programme is going to be aired live on radio and television, is billed to witness documentaries on the programmes and activities of the state government, and feedback processes from the public.
