The Commissioner for Water Resources in Osun State, Hon Sunday Oroniyi has congratulated the sixth Executive Governor of Osun State, Asiwaju Ademola Adeleke on his recent excellent performance rating in office by the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR)
The Commissioner described the performance rating of Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration by the body as a confirmation of the good governance Osun witnessing under the able leadership of Governor Adeleke.
He described the performance rating as a pat on the back for the Governor by the larger society of professionals who have keen interest in the style of governance of the Osun Governor.
“I’m not surprised that our leader and boss, Asiwaju Ademola Adeleke was given a pass mark in office for the good governance he’s engineering in the state by a professional body of NIPR calibre.
“When the Governor mentioned recently that he has turned Osun to a construction site, it is not a fallacy and certified performance ratings like this is a confirmation to that effect”
“I sincerely congratulate my boss, leader and principal for serving as a beckon of hope of Osun State. I’m certain by the time Governor Ademola Adeleke will complete his 8yrs tenure in the saddle of leadership in Osun State by God’s grace, several legacy projects would have been completed and Osun would be better for it at the end,” Hon Oroniyi affirmed.
The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations had rated Governor Ademola Adeleke and eight other Governors excellently in its just released reputation performance index on Nigerian Political Governance 2024.
The rating scored Governor Adeleke 83.6% to be included among the top 9 Nigerian Governors demonstrating exceptional leadership and performance in state governance.
The rating body, the NIPR, is a renowned organization dedicated to promoting excellence in public relations and reputation management with a strong commitment to research and analysis.
The rating details indicated that Governor Adeleke secured the high ratings because of his visionary and tremendous strides in transforming the state since assuming office through implementation of various initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure, education, healthcare, tourism, and youth development.
The NIPR said its Reputation Performance Index on Nigerian Political Governance 2024, was a result of a thorough evaluation of governors’ performance across various sectors, including infrastructure development, economic growth, education, healthcare, and social welfare.
NIPR’s Reputation Performance Index is a reliable benchmark for assessing the performance of public officials in Nigeria. The ranking is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative data, including surveys, interviews, and analysis of publicly available information.
